A little less than year ago I did the Atkins diet and lost a LOT of weight. Then, I went through a seperation, a move to another state, and a car accident and needless to say, went off the diet. Now, I've gained almost 50 lbs. and I'm miserable. I do not want to do the low-carb thing again as it was somewhat unrealistic, but I am determined to lose the weight I have gained.
I just need to know, if when cutting fat and calories, will the hungry feeling eventually subside? Right now, I know that I am eating enough, and eating correctly, but because of the drastic change in eating habits, I'm still left feeling hungry. I've gained fifty pounds in ten months, that's pretty drastic folks! I ignore it, thinking it's going to get better...please help with some advice.
