Western Australia is a bit over 8 hours ahead of Devon in "Sun time" so if they are watching the sun low in the western sky at 6PM, it's still only 10AM in Devon, so you can clearly see the Sun as well.

Even Australia's East coast is only 11 hours ahead, so their 6PM sun is our 7AM, so provided it's a time of year when the Sun is actually up by 7AM, we can both look at the same sun.

Similar conditions apply to the Moon, though the timing is a bit more complicated as the moon rises and falls progressively later each day.

Yes they see it. When you see the moon, Australia will be seeing Sun and when we see the Sun, Australia will see the moon.

Which 'it' do you mean?

Generally speaking, no. They see the ones they have down there, except in the winter when we swap over with them
