I bought 5 absolutely fabulous looking oranges at the local Farmer's Boy. They would've been accepted for sale at Harrod's Food Store I'm sure! Once peeled however, they were dry and brittle. No juice at all.
Is there a way of telling what they're like inside, by studying the outside?

last night my pc worked fine, this morning i turn it on and it gets stuck on winfast screen for 10 minutes before booting up. seems to be fine after this, until i restart, then it does same thing again. please some1 help.
running windows xp and i have a reasonalbly new motherboard and processor

well on myspace i posted a bulliton about love and i forgot my crushe's best friend was on there and at the foot ball game last night during marching band my crush was sitting right in front of me in the bleachers and his best friend andy and andy turned to me saying u like mike..(mikes my crush" and i goo noo where did u here tha he says my space and aim like oh sh*t soo hes like mike andra still likes u iam like nooo! i like someone eles..soo i told him i liked this other person not ture..lol and mike pulled on andys hate 3 minutes later and said it was me and hes like mike ur gf has problems and i dont know what to say..its just weird but hard to tell if he likes me couse he has been flirting with me but i didnt want to rowen everything so i said i didnt liek him maybe it was a mistake does he like me..? does he not..iam confused..

At the moment i only have one... my neighbor actually has 76 cats! 4 of them are indoor cats...the rest are outdoor cats that can occassionally come inside tyheir house. my college professor (who happens to be an old maid) has 36 cats... I have a freind who's been marriage has become unbearable. She want's to file for divorce but her husband says he'll refuse to sign up to it and will make it a very long and painful divorce. This is frustrating! It isn't even online, and it takes itself off. The computer can not keep up with my keyboarding. I have to slow down, or the letters will appear after I have typed them, know what I mean?

Otherwise, that is just to much for the poor little computer, it goes offline again, just cause' it can't handle keyboarding.

No other country in recorded histroy has ever lowered taxes during a time of war and i do not know of any country lowering taxes while they were plundging into debt. I would prefer to see the government raise taxes for the upper tax brackets and ease off of the little guy. For those of you wondering, I am in the top tax bracket.

OK. I have a few questions about Islam, due to some either conflicting or doubtful-seeming information I have received.

The first, something I was taught so long ago that I can't remember where it came from (probably church, but who knows) just seems strange to me. I was told that the lineage that eventually led to Islam came from Ishmael, Abraham's first son with Sarah's maidservant. True or no? I remember it being presented as "evidence" that Islam is false, but I can also see it used as a proof of truth.

The next is more of an east-west difference, methinks. Here in the US, my significant other was going to an Islam center for a bit to learn a bit more. The imam was a woman. Is this just another place where the US is more liberal, or is this common, or is this really freakin' weird?
