Worse yet...its a lie. By "cutting taxes" but participating in wreckless spending, the national defiict is 9 trillion and climbing. Who is going to pay this debt? By Bush's deficit spending folly, entirely supported by dittohead Republicans in congress, we are guaranteed to have to raise taxes to repay the debts accumulated. Of course, when that happens, the republicans will blame Dems for "taxing"...and the beat goes on...

Have you ever read anything other than liberal propaganda?
Just in Sept the Treasury dept issued a statement on how the receipts of the Treasury are at an all time high. Cutting taxes brings in more revenue to the government period.
We're at war yes... We've liberated millions of people in Iraq and brought the terrorists to the battle field so that we can kill them before they kill anymore of our citizens. Are YOU contributing anything to your safety? Are YOU cutting down your trips to the mall. Are YOU recycling aluminum and tin? Are YOU doing ANYTHING to support the troops that are protecting your freedoms and way of life?
We've bailed out other countries as well as New Orleans when they've been struck by natural disasters that according to your party Bush caused. Billions of dollars in aid sent with no strings attached.
The economy is stronger than ever because the current economic numbers are not propped up on bogus dot com companies. The stock market isn't over valued like it was in the late '90's. Employment is at an all time high. Home ownership at an all time high.
IF and that's a big IF your in the top bracket the Treasury dept. has a link where you can do your part to bring down the national debt. Your fair share right now is I think $28,000 I expect to see your photo in the paper soon.
IF and it's still a big IF your in the top bracket, you can further help your countrymen out by starting up a small business and putting legal citizens to work. Of course you'd have to change party's because the democrat party doesn't support legislation friendly to small businesses.

Thats why no other country is prosperous like us.
They don't know how the economy works.
When you are ever board try to work out the numbers of lowering taxes and lok to see where that money goes. It goes back into the economy the money is still there but people are buying things that are also taxed or starting there own company.
The system works.....

No country has taxed itself into prosperity. Like it or not, this nation was based on a lassize-faire(yeah yeah SIC) economy, and lowering taxes frees up more people to spend more money which creates more jobs which creates more wealth.
No tax cut is a bad thing. It is more money in your pocket and less in the governent's. If you want to do more with your upper tax bracket dollar, do so in the private sector. I commend your wanting your money to do more for others, but I feel you are the better arbiter of what gets done with said dollar than the government could ever hope to be.

Your first mistaken assumption: "No other country in recorded histroy has ever..." Thats because we are the Goddamned USA, b itch!
"No other country in recorded history has ever..." placed human being upon the surface of the Moon, either. If we went around doing as "other countries" do, we'd never be the pinnacle of human achievement that we are today.
There's only one country's flag planted upon the surface of the Moon (HINT: it isn't France)
Go live in Europe if you're such a fan of mediocracy. Pathetic!

Well, goody for you
Nothing is stopping you from paying in extra money when your taxes are due. Feel free.... but you have no right to offer money that I have earned, paid *my fair share* of taxes on to anyone.
As for the economy... you need to rethink your claim. The economy is thriving.

Hey dumbass, have you been reading any of the reports on the economy lately? The economy is in terrific shape and getting better every day. You are obviously ignorant of what you speak. making things up is not good form and you appear to be delusional on the economy.

No, they don't.
Tax and spend is better than borrow and spend. At least with the former we won't go into debt.
What happened to real conservatisim? What happened to actually CONSERVING things like money? This out of control spending by a REPUBLICAN president is not in line with true conservatism.
