The Bathers have their vampiric moments, but aren't explicitly a vampire band.
Jill Tracy and the Malcontent Orchestra have a charmingly dark and vampiric sound. Voltaire, the Dresden Dolls and Rasputina are good for this sort of thing, too. Unfortunately, none of them are actually vampire bands, just bands with a vampiric sound.

Do you mean goth or something like it. Just start off with the Cure, good starter kit and than work your way up The sisters of Mercy or The Crüxshadows. Hope that helps.
