I want to grow long hair as fast as possible..but im not one of those people who believes in short cuts, quick fixes, ect. My hair is almost down to my bra strap in the back, in the front its a little past my shoulders. If I eat mineral supplements, herbs, keep a good diet, use special shampoos and conditioners, how long would it be estimated to take for my hair to grow to my bottom bra strap in the front?

My computer keeps telling me it's all full, which I find hard to belive since I don't have much on it and it is a 60gig laptop... but that is for another question... anyway, thought I would delete some things and run the defragmenter to help it run smoother. When I highlight C drive in defragmenter and hit "defragment" it starts the "analyzing" process, then pops up with error message "The scan has been canceled because an error occurred in fil: C:\I386\ANGSAI.TT_" Anyone know how to resolve? Couldn't find this error message anywhere on web.... tried closing all unnecisary programs and processes, but no luck. Help! Thanks! :)
