I was looking through Netflix, and I found a series (of what I think is) movies named Lain. And I knew about this anime series called Serial Experiment(s) Lain (not sure if Experiment was plural or not in the name). I have wanted to see the series. So here is my question:

Are these two related (same characters, storyline, you know), are the movies the actual anime series (not just movies based off the anime), and if it is, does it take place after the series (do I need to see the series before I watch the movies)?

hi everyone.. how is the concept of prophethood in christianity, do christianity believe in prophets? Bacause in islam we are told about 25 prophet and some of their names appear in the bible too, only there were many differences.. do christians respect their prophets? and do they acknowledge that they are God's messenger on earth?

I have to make a simple function for Excel. I have 2 rows that have to be added to make a third row. I'm supposed to use it as if it a checkbook. All my credit is in E4-E12 and my debit is F4-F12. I'm wanting column G to be the balance.

I have wavy, medium brown, layered hair just below the shoulder. It used to be past my waist but was too much trouble, and I only liked it that long when I was going out. Where can someone find extensions to try on (i'm in upstate NY)? Then where's the best place to buy them from that isn't too expensive? I'm on a terrible budget.

Need some help here. Florida university is asking to show these documents: voter's registration (I'm not citizen), DL (mine issued March 06) and/or vehicle registration (renewed in March 06). I did have a DL before, first time issued in November 05. That's 12 months but... Should I wait till March then to reapply? Or send in now some leases, car title (4 years old), bills, bank statements? I applied for Fall 2007. Thanks!

So, here is my situation....

I am currently in the Hotel/ Hospitality Industry. I have 2 years of experience. I just applied online for an Assistant Front Office Manager position and I was called for a phone interview by the director of Human Resources by this hotel. To tell you the truth, the lady was not very nice and DID NOT sound very happy with my answers at all. Still, she called me to schedule an interview for tomorrow morning with the Front Office Manager that I will be working with. Would they schedule an appointment for me if I didn't even have a chance? I just feel like there is no way I could get this job because in the requirements it states some things that I don't have. What are your thoughts? Any advice? Please only NICE answers need apply.

Ok this happen to me a few years back this girl that called her self my friend told me in these exact words wen she saw that I had gone to get braces “why would u put braces on women should never wear braces they look bad on women Ur. are not going to get hit on by men and Ur. boyfriend is going to break up with you” I did not pay attention to her because well she needs them worst than me but I still don’t understand why she told me that why did she if she called her self my friend?
