I have a friend who has taken an important photo that in my opinion should be sent to a magazine. However she refuses to do this. I feel SO strongly about this that I would send the photo into a magazine myself, but I have been told that I have no right to do this as she has not given her okay for the photo to be printed and that she could sue any magazine that would use it.

She HAS posted the photo all over on-line (which seems a bit hypocritical to me, and while we are friends we have been arguing over this point.) If a photo is posted on-line at public communities and websites, would a magazine have the right to take it and use it?

There are a lot of folks who seem to have found god, but are at the same time, quite evil in their actions towards others... George Bush is responsible for the deaths of thousands of people- civilians, women, children, you name it. Is he going to go to heaven? What about Ken Lay who went to church every week but robbed thousands of people of their life savings? I personally know one woman who is 'born again' yet she hates on around half of the people she meets...

How can religious institutions accept these people, and how come all of them are so sure they're going to the good place?

Here's my situation. I am asexual or want to be celibate, but can I remain this way for life? I mean, I am young and so I can't imagine this, but I do not think I like men or women. I am not into P's or Boobs. I don't find either sensual/desirable. I do not like the sex organs...period. I do not like men I've dated (sex not enjoyable, don't like their immaturity, personality, tendencies, laziness, lack of cooking skills, lack of tidiness, the list could go on)... I do not like women's typical frame of mind...or is it just hetero women? (their lack of logic --sometimes, beetch-like (I don't feel like spelling it right) behaviors, PMS, lack of tolerance for endurance, feeble minded sometimes, too booby, too slutty, gossipy, too blubbery)... Ok, I sound like a beetch.

I really have a prejudice against dumbness, I think and I can't stand all this nype over sex---porn and all the nasty stuff. Am I complete freak or what?

I notice many martial artists have mullet. I'm wondering if it give them any power or special ability?

Why do I ask? because it's totally out of date and bad taste to sport a mullet. Yet Cikatic manage to scare young Hoost to death with his mean look, beer stomach, and mullet to win the first K-1 grand prix ever. Many other successful fighters such as Cro Cop, Masato, Kraus, and more have sport mullet at least once in their life time. Also it's very common among Kenpo/kempo and many other tourney of all kind. So may if it help then we all should grow a mullet? :-D

I have cerival stenosis, and every morning I wake I with a trobbing headache and servere pain in my neck and shoulders. I take IB 800 three times a day and try to massage my neck every night and apply heat. I have been to the surgeon but they will not operate now for this will limit the mobility in my neck.

My question is does anyone know of any excercies or therapy that may help? I am so tired of being in pain and any suggestions to help me cope would be highly appreciated.

there are so many different religions. im full japanese without any religion. i respect those who believe in God, i am not against it. I was talking to my fiace about religion (he's a christian) he believes that God is real and if you truely believe, love him, respect him, and put him before anything, you will be send to Heaven. BUT what about those who believe in different religion? like, Buddha? I bet they are saying the same thing about Buddha too..right? So how does this work? Is God really true? what if we were wrong in the end? what if Buddha was the one who created this world? What will christians(or others) say when they find out it was Buddha (or others) who created this world? sorry, this is a hard question..i dont even know how to ask it.

Bedtime is 8 p.m. for my kids. However it is always a fight to get them there. When they are in bed they keep getting up. Sometimes they don't actually go to bed until 10 p.m. This time is supossed to be my time but by the time they are asleep I am too tired to take any time for myself. Any suggestions? When I was in wal-mart this morining, I saw Camilla in the cover of a magazine. The headline says, "Thief!: Camilla stole Diana's jewels!". St the bottom, there was a small picture of Princess Diana wearing a beautiful necklace with a pendant that has some nice stones in the middle with a dangling water-dropped shape jade at the bottom, in the larger picture of Camilla, Camilla was wearing a brooch. I thought "That brooch looks familiar.". It was actually the same pendant that Diana wore, but Camilla turned it to a brooch. I think she is a thief. Camilla, have respect to dead people's property.

There is someone I know , woman 35 years old, 160 cm, 75 kg, 40 % fat percentage.
She is on a strict diet 1200 - 1500 cal/day and she exercises every day at least 2 hours ( weight training, full body 3 times a week, cardio every day).
After 3 months of exercise and dieting she still haven't lost weight at all, nor the body fat percentage appears to have modified much.
According to scientific calculations she should burn at least 2600 - 3000 cal a day, while maintaining her fat free mass through weight training - 3 times a week, full body training each time, 1 exercise for every major muscle group 12 - 15 reps ( 15 - 20 RM weight).
Cardio training at about 130 - 140 heart rate for at least 60 min , 6 times a week.

What do you suggest ?

I have lots of club music thats hard to find and ALL are cassette tapes. If theres a way to copy/transfer them to CD It would be such a relief to know. The thought of looseing them is hard to think about!!!! I wont accept it. So Please Help............Many thanks to all of you...........
