I notice many martial artists have mullet. I'm wondering if it give them any power or special ability?

Why do I ask? because it's totally out of date and bad taste to sport a mullet. Yet Cikatic manage to scare young Hoost to death with his mean look, beer stomach, and mullet to win the first K-1 grand prix ever. Many other successful fighters such as Cro Cop, Masato, Kraus, and more have sport mullet at least once in their life time. Also it's very common among Kenpo/kempo and many other tourney of all kind. So may if it help then we all should grow a mullet? :-D

Look I'm not aggorant at all. I guess you have never seen me talk highly of certain styles. If I was that aggorant, I would only say Muay Thai is best and everything else suck. I never stated one style is better. I simply named few styles that train most realistic.

Would you say a horse can run faster than a ferrari? NO! I'm sure you would be laugh at people who say a horse could win a car racing.

Why are there so many guys like you who pretend to know the first thing about martial arts and constantly ask and answer questions in a manor that stereotypes Martial artists as arrogant, and only in it to beat people up or bully people.

So you named 3-4 guys out of hundreds of fighters in MMA organizations. Maybe what you need to do is stop watching so much TV and actually learn a decent art and truly learn the discipline of it. I doubt you will ever achieve and truly earn/deserve a black belt if in fact you are even training in an art now.
Good luck to you and I hope you get wise before your arrogance and karma come back to haunt you.

No. Mullets do not have any magical powers. Do not get one! Just practice your martial art, work hard! You don't need a mullet. Those guys, i'm not sure who they are....but those guys were probabaly just good at what they do. And they decided to get a terrible haircut. I'm sure your good without a mullet!

I have heard that in some martial arts thousands of years ago it was common practice to not cut your hair untill you lost a fight or something along those lines... maybe they are holding on to that tradition???
