Does he want New Orleans to become a new mecca for candy, desserts and sweets? Or...was it a thinly-veiled racist statement meant to intimidate white people?

I believe he said "New Orleans will be a Chocolate City". In other words: "Honkys, stay out!" If you're a white family thinking about re-locating to New Orleans, you might want to reconsider given the Mayor's threats.

Kind of a dumb question, but its naggin the hell out of me... anyway. I'm a sixteen year old male who has taken to eating some unhealthy food lately, and being very concerned of my health want to just sort of...make sure I'm healthy. I'm in absolutely superb shape and have a resting pulse of 48. I just got a physical a month ago and my blood pressure was great too. I'm very thin and carry no fat on my body. Just tell me I don't have clogged arteries and that I'm not going to die when I try to break my record in the 1600 meter tomorrow....

I was at a catholic Church before in Las Vegas and I took a piece of the literature home with me in a creed, I think the "Nicene Creed" from the church the part after it said Jesus died...it said "He descended to hell...." This is a question asked by my friend.But I need your want your experience and help.She first fell in love with this guy but the he only used her. 3 yrs later she again fell in love with this other guy and it was a mess. She suffered trying to win his heart. Few months later, she fell into another nice guy but when she told him that she liked him he never ever talked to her again. Since there she said she wasn't going to love again; But unfortunately love comes and goes. So she fell in love with this other guy who really was very friendly and trusted each other for 2 years. There was a certain point where she couldn't wait any longer and told the guy she liked him. But at first, the guy said it was ok but he wasn't interested, atleast he had said that it wasn't going to ruin their friendship. This is when the problem starts,because the guy never talked to her again. My friend was so depressed that she hated herself and promised to never love again. What can I do to help her?...
