Do you give tips for a service before the service is performed? Or do you give tips for a service after the service is performed. Reason for asking this is that I went to NYC and found service in generally really bad. Service staff don't smile at all. E.g. I was taking the inter city train and the attendant was especially rude and at the end of the journey, demanded tips from me. Should I have tipped him when I boarded the train so as to get better service?

Time after time he tells me I can trust him, and time after time he lies. I want to leave but I have no one to go to and no courage to do it. Everything I get is from him. I'm not working, I have a child who needs to be taken into concideration too. What I would LOVE to do is move away completely but I don't know how, or, where to start. He plays with my mind...telling me things then taking it back either saying he 'didn't say that' or 'that's not what he meant'. Changing his story over and over. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to move away.....PLEASE.

I have just seen him in the add of blue billion. It seems that he is to keen for comeback in the indian team. Whatsoever happened to him was not right thing. Even when he was given a chance later on, he was pressurized to perform well, It was like if he will not perform well in a single match then will be dropped/ not will be considered. This was complete injustice. This add just reminded me him as our national heros of early and mid 90s who were not giving up the things dispite of whatsoever happening to them. Great sourav... go ahead dada.. u will be back in the team with strong support...

My boyfriend gets home from work between 1-3pm and is on the computer from that time till midnight at least. I am usually in bed already when he gets off, and i can't even remember the last time we ate dinner together. This has been going on for months. I am not asking him to stop completely, I am asking him for balance between his games, and his social life and our relationship. But he has never changed. What must I do? We have been together 2 and a half years so I don't wanna throw the relationship away.....but i'm starting to feel like that now.
