My alarm clock rang and I rolled over to turn it off and this sharp side ache pain was on my right side. It hurt to roll over, get up, walk. I woke up at 6 am and it's not 8 am and it still hurts. I have to walk a little bit slower than normal. This has never happened to me and I'm a bit scared. Does anyone know what this is?

Have tried ebay before and its not available, even set up an automatic search so i will get an email if one comes up. I have an 18 month contract with T Mobile(got the mda compact) that i took out in april so its not like i can upgrade and get it that way and they dont sell it on its own.
Please can anyone advise if there is a place that sells them sim free/unlocked etc???
