A woman with a very fair skin, you really don't know how old is she. Long fair hair, very bright blue eyes and pink lips... She always wears white long coat. Distant look in her eyes... Deep voice... IS that sound like a ... good character in a book ?

To be honest(I hope that you want honesty) No its not that good. First fair skin is just that its fair. No need to say very fair. Also you wouldn't need to write that you don't know how old she is because you are not telling at this point. But a good writer in my opinion would convey her age in telling about her mannerisms. Also bright blue eyes and pink lips with long hair indicates that she is probably young. Bright eyes are a sign of a young person also. Deep voice on the other hand is usually a sign of a older woman. But not always. Why would she always wear a long white coat? Anyway I would give it a little more thought and tweak your idea just a little. Good Luck

No. the reader should know how old she is. Otherwise, they cannot interpret the character well.
