if you are a close friend you need to by her side,after having in accident you really need your friends near you for support,and telling her she will be fine don't show any signs of shock when you see her because that will make her worry even more,as bad as she may look remain calm and tell her everything is alright. i hope i understood your question,the vocabulary isn't that great.
