Nothing will stop someone from suing you for libel/slander if they are so inclined. Whether they win or not is another story. But that is small consolation when you have to pay the lawyer fees and deal with the hassles of the court case.

Slander is spoken, if it's written it's libel. If the statement is the truth, I doubt you will be charged.

Libel has to be untrue, and reasonably identify the person it allegedly harms, and cause damage of some sort to that person, in order to be actionable.

well it depends. You could be sued if you were did not directly say her name but were clear about who she is. Meaning friends of hers that read it know its hers. I dont think you could be charged but you could be sued for emotional distress.
