OK, it is aluminium reacting with nitrate ions in ALKALINE solution to give aluminate ions (AlO2)- and ammonia (NH3).

I can balance the aluminium oxidation in acid solution as Al + H2O ---> (AlO2)- + 2H+ but because it's alkaline I cant add H+ it has to be OH-. Can anyone help please? :)

I have just recently broken up with my last girlfriend (But that aside) I am interested in this new girl that I go to college with (We are also in a band together) I really like her and would like to take things to the next level, I think she likes me too but I'm really unsure about that.
