I would have to say that a decade ago that statement would have been absolutely true.But today women are more independent than a decade ago.More women are getting married later in life and already have careers established before considering marriage and child bearing.I would say today's woman is more independent and capable off living independently.Some women want to live alone.However, we are more fearful of feeling and being unloved.
Men on the other hand are not as fearful as they once were of aging.They can always dye their hair or get hair transplants.
They have access to cosmetic procedures to reduce aging.
