.jpeg or .jpg can be changed into other image formats such .gif, .bmp, .png...
This can be done easily by saving the .jpg file in another format using Photoshop or any other Image Editing Tool.

You don't "code" jpegs. I think you have _seriously_ missed the point somewhere along the road.

p.s. Just did a search for "piccoding" - there appears to be no such phrase. The term is "conversion" - you want to convert a jpeg to another format, not "piccode" it.
