People say that you just need to be patient and that there will eventually be love in your life, but I've heard that for years. I'm a confident, healthy, intelligent man, who believes in romance and respect in a relationship. In the past 20 years, I have not found a woman who views those things as being important.

Is it time to give up and acknowledge that I'll be alone for the rest of my life?

My 10 month old girl squeal/screeches so loudly and at such a high pitch that it is almost painful. Any ideas how to get her to stop or at least limit the behavior? I'm not sure how to try and get this across to a 10 month old.

Did you have any favorite things that they have stopped making?

For me... Herr's Salsa and Lime tortilla chips, and many years ago Pop Tarts had a Peanut Butter and "Jelly" one that was pretty good toasted up just right. Schwans (for anyone that has those yellow trucks that will bring good stuff to your door) also stopped making my favorite Cake Ice Cream, with little chunks of cake and blue swirls of frosting, I loved for my birthday.

I was basically given Ops Mgr responsibilities, but did not get title for 10 months later (only after I was no longer pregnant :) - I do not think I have ever signed a non-compete clause. Have been with company for almost 4 years - (but the company has been bought out twice since that time) - Never got a pay increase with title, and in 4 years have only made .50 more (even going to the position of Operations Manager) - Am thinking about starting own company - current customers would like for myself to continue to provide services - would there be any concern for legal actions taken against me?
If a non compete clause HAS NOT been signed - could there be ANY recourse for the company - or is it pretty much their loss?

This is the one problem keeping me from passing trig. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!
