Duh, no! But they never listen, they think they are grown up and know everything. Stubborn with ragging hormones. Ugh!!

Only Safe Sex the only teenagers that shouldnt be havin sex (in my opionion) is if there havin unprotected sex in order to get pregnant ONLY so they can get the $4000 off the goverment how wrong is that!!! under 16 yr olds shouldnt either. And if there going to have sex then they can never know too much about diseases, pregnancy etc

Only if they are allowed to get married . 100 years ago people got married at 13 , 14 ,and 15 up years old . The divorce rate was a lot lower back then. If people spend too long living by themselves , they see it okay to divorce later.

No... they "should" not have sex... could they have sex? Yes... do they have sex? Yes...
...but no they SHOULD not have sex. But, most are going to anyway... I did...
