I am not talking lose a few pounds and muscle up. I mean I want to know how to get an alllllll over body workout and get really really perfectly toned! Something with cardio would be good though. I have always had to eat lighter than others to stay slim.

i have shoulder length black hair, layered. i usually shampoo everyday, and my hair feels good but is sometimes poofy or frizzy. when i leave it for a day or so its so silky, easy to style. but then sometimes it itches. what should i do? i dont have dandruff, lice, etc.

i swear that legs turn me on more than anything..if a naked woman walked by, my eyes would go immediatly to the legs..not the breasts like most guys..so it is really nice for me in the summer, bare legs everywhere...am i alone?

Ever since I was like 10 he's sworn by this like its the only thing he has to live for. Ive never slept with a guy or thought about it or looked at any dudes. Because of him running his mouth all over town I've had to stop socializing altogether. I feel kinda bad because if he really knew me, hed up and kill himself or something. What Im asking is I need help with coping strategy. Can someone help me come out of the closet and tell him Im straight?

It was obvious that he disregarded clinton's strategy on how to deal with osama bin laden. Then it was obvious that there was no real threat to America from Hussein, now it is obvious that there is no real link to terrorists and Iraq (before we invaded). And people just ignore those facts and focus on something else. Like hind sight is twenty twenty. I think Saddam should be put back in power. He knew how to deal with insurgents that arent afraid of death. People think that it is so much better for the Iraqi people to be killed by Americans than The Iraqi military. Why is that

about the guy who took a tour of both Heaven and Hell? He looked at Hell first and it really didn't look too bad there was the nice furniture and beautiful grounds and everything was really quite nice untill he went into the dinning room and there was a huge big table loaded with all kinds of food except everyone had huge eating utensils that they could not feed themselves with-- they were so large they could not reach their mouth with them so they were dropping food everywhere and cursing and starving so he left there and went to see Heaven --Well everything was exactly the same except with the big silverware in Heaven they feeding each other and everybody was very happy--The End. Do you know a story?

Ok.. so this guy.. we went to a football game at my highschool and I meet him there and we talked and I took his gum from his mouth and everything.. K I'm so goth and a cult member and my Mom is Jewish and she always call goths evil devil worshipping freaks. But she knows I am (not just cuz I wear all black and "weird" makeup) but I'm a cult inaway but she never tries to change me she only insults me and says I need to change but never asks me where I go, why I'm late for curfew (12 mid night is my curfew), she always cover up for me at school, let's my bf stay the night I'm not complaining but I don't get it. What should I do except for change cuz that's not a option. It's like she wants me to be someone else then who I really am.

I have never been with a girl but I the thought crosses my mind. I think it is natural, but lately it has been more intense. I come from a pretty conservative family and my values (are not necessarily theirs) but it is hard to forget how you were raised. WHen i wake up my face SOMETIMES swells alot the whole day. Its not a water problem and Ice doesnt really work, and I sleep 6-8 hours a day does anyone know any good ways of reducing the swelling or preventing it?
