WHen i wake up my face SOMETIMES swells alot the whole day. Its not a water problem and Ice doesnt really work, and I sleep 6-8 hours a day does anyone know any good ways of reducing the swelling or preventing it?
thanks, ps im not fat and it is swelling.

i tried hot water and cold wate r not really helping ethier

hello,
i dont drink beer, dont eat sugar eithier.
and my blood is fine i had an exam.

what about preperation h to reduce swelling, is tere a specific brand/ directions to do that.

How is your breathing? If you are waking up with a swollen face I wonder how well you are breathing at night? Could you have a sleep apnea. If that answer is no. Could the chemicals on your sheets and pillow be bothering you? Check out this site;

Use warm tea bags to reduce the swelling it works for me.

is it your sinus? Take an antihistamine and some Motrin/ibuprofen. I would consider seeing a doctor in the near future too.
