Dropping the car will affect three areas, one being center of gravity (CG), roll center, and the combined action of these two being the roll moment (basically the action of a lever arm).
When you drop the car you drop the CG and the roll center which usually decreases the roll moment (less is good). The only way to determine how much is to draw your suspension points in space and do a few simple calculations. Do a search about vehicle dynamics and the terms I've used here (I could explain but it would take me about 45 minutes of typing and you wouldn't get it anyway).
Another thing to consider, are you increasing the angle of your spring force (increasing roll stiffness)? If so this plays into your handling.
If you don't understand suspension DON'T MESS WITH IT! I assure you it will handle worse if you go throwing things at the car without any idea of what you are actually affecting.

The last 4 or 5 answers that went into a great amount of detail are full of good information. You should follow those guidelines. Ultimately, you are going to get what you pay for. So, if your genius friend tells you to "just cut the springs" or "turn the torsion bars" or however Acura is getting things done these days DO NOT LISTEN TO THE IDIOT!!!
There are just tons of aftermarket support for Acura these days. That being the case locate a qualified suspension shop that is competent in modifying your suspension.
Just know this. Modifying your car DOES NOT make it worth more money. Maybe if you can locate a person that is willing to pay for the stuff you put on your car, then okay. However, if you try to trade it in and looks like something Ving Rhames was driving in "Too Fast Too Furious" don't expect a return on your investment.
My advice, don't change anything you can't take back to stock unless you don't care about getting your money back.

When you lower ANY car it greatly affects more than just the handling. It can affect the performance of the engine, the safety of the cars' structure, and overall functionality of the car which was engineered and designed to sit at stock ride height and not 2 or more inches lower. Your overall cornering should see some improvement naturally, but it could have inherent downfalls as well. You might need to add a camber kit to prevent excessive tire wear, you might need to buy new shocks, and you might need to reenforce the undercarriage to prevent damage from scraping the underside of your rsx on bumpy streets, which unfortunately exist everywhere. Before you consider spending close to 800$ on coilovers, which are adjustable, or 300$ on springs, consider an acura warrantied trim kit, and bigger rims. It will give you a sportier look without comprimising the handling characteristics of your car, which in my opinion dont need any improvements at all.

YES it does good or bad depending on the work. To explain so people will easily understand.... Generally if u modify one aspect of suspension geomentry (i.e. Ride Height) u will lower performance. To effectively increase perfomance u must modify all aspects of the suspension (i.e. Ride Height, Camber, Toe, Caster, Wheel size, Wheel offset, Damper bound, Damper rebound, Spring Rate, Tie rods, Sway Bars, Strut tower Braces, Etc....) in unison together.

Depends how high you drop it from. If you drop it off the top of a building, it might bust some of the suspension components. It probably wouldn't handle very good then.

it should make the car more stiffer and handle alot better. You just gotta make sure u use something decent and not some cheap crap because then you just gonna drive on a bouncy car that doesnt do much for handling but make you jump all over the car.

If you drop any car it affects the handling. When it's dropped it doesn't have as much air going underneath the car as it did before, this is called drag, it also slows the car down. So when you drop it it also increases your speed just slightly. So mainly if you drop it you'll have more air pushing down on your car, this is called downforce and it greatly improves your cars handling

yes depending on how low u drop it. because when u turn the wheel it feels a little harder but gives it a greater turning radius.
in other words drop it down.

If you do it right, handling will improve because you have lowered the center of gravity

Yes your car performs at its best and it looks better than stock ride height.
