I have a guy friend who's just broke off with his girl, and he's been looking for girls at all the wrong places.He's a nice, sensitive guy whose in need of a companion, but friends been telling him the girls he think that's right for him are all from the clubs.....we'll he's choice are not doing him any good, cause he's not been sober in his relationship.

Okay, so my ex is 30+K in arrears on child support. He started paying when he was trying to take criminal action against me this past summer. When his maneuvers failed, he stopped paying again. He blamed the OAG saying the other woman he pays cs to & My acct. numbers are similar & they screwed up. We now have evidnece that it was him who asked his employer to do this (the 1st wife didn't get paid while I did & Now it's back to her) Anyway, my real ?? is, is can we take action against the co. he works for? they are not supposed to change cs pmts. w/out a court order are they? Our ex gets away with everything!!! but hope fully he shot himself in the foot here.

I am buying a new home in suburban IL, and after long consideration, I have decided to go with AT&T DSL internet for $35 (up to 6 mbps) and then I was thinking about getting Vonage, but I have heard that DSL and Vonage don't work through out my whole home, only through the two phone jacks provided in the router. To get the phone connection through out my whole home, I would need Cable Internet. Is this true?

I have had a 2-3 year long soreness and uncomfortable feeling around the shoulderblade, upper pectoral muscles/underarm, and lower rib. only on my left side. Rolling out of bed i feel like my left pectoral muscles are tense and my left nipple feels heavy (funny sounding but true!) Walking down my stairs, as the muscles bounce up and down, something just feels different of my left side of my body! As for my shoulder, its hard to describe the pain, because it is not sharp and unbearable, it is more an dull/sore uncomfortable feeling. most of the day it is an unfortable feeling that is more annoying then painful. however, I can make it hurt by pushing my shoulders forward or stretching them. as far as the lower ribs, it is mostly uncomfortable while im laying on my stomach. it feels different then the right side. i really would appreciate some medcial insight to this! im 25 years old a smoker since 18. (altho i have cut the smoking alot over the past 3 years) I have also gained about 30lb

My Situation

I have decided that now is the time to admit to one of my dearest friends, who I have known since high school, that I've had a huge thing for her for a long time....I don't know how it will go, since she's been involved with her current boyfriend for about 3 years, on and off. I've been out since I broke up with my ex in June. I just don't know how to go about it...I love her and it has been breaking my heart to be around her for quite some time. I know that I would treat her better than her current boyfriend, but I don't know if she is *that* way or not...and I don't want to screw up our friendship either. Damn, I just need to know if I should go for it or not. She's been really cool towards me lately...we went to a gay pride thing together a couple of weeks ago and we've been out on informal things a few times, but I haven't said anything to her about my feelings. So what should I do? Should I go for it and risk losing a great friend/gaining a *lover*?
