I would think it would be B. disaster in the driveway. Too bad. The little child will probably always be afraid of dogs. I sure hope he or she was not hurt. Does your sister in law understand NOW that she needs to be responsible for the dogs and not a mere child of three? Bless that child's heart.

how the hell are we posed to kno...i mean was it a nice doggy or a vicous doggy? lol....was it a small 3 yr old or a big 3 yr old....i think the answer depends on if the 3 year old has done this before... or like the 3 yr old weighs less than the dog...so my answer is

If the dog was a chihuahua probably nothing. If it was a St. Bernard, very bad things.

C) Nobody can predict toddlers.
I'd say they made it out of the driveway, but had some chaos at some point.

B
That wasn't a smart thing to do. What if the dogs bolted and dragged him into the street.

I'll go with choice B. And say that your sister-in-law needs her head examined.
