For !2,000 a year($1000 a month) would you take your desktop computer (including moniter, mouse, and keyboard) to work and set it up and then unhook it at the end of the day and take it home?

I am on a low calorie diet with at least 45 minutes of cardio a day. I am trying to lose quite a bit of weight for a contest, but not so much that it is extremely unhealthy. I am already aware that helthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs. a week. I read something a minute ago about water fasting 2 to 3 days a week. Wouldn't that slow your metabolism considerably? Or does it stay the same after the water fast?

Less time applying make-up, more time in the kitchen. Girls, you should be investing your money in cooking utensils instead of those clown suits at "Anthropologie" or whichever stupid store you shop at. When you become fat and ugly which you most certainly will, it won't be your looks that will keep a guy around but your cooking.
