you know i have tried everything from corprol punishment to meds. to the reward system and my son still wants to bully others doesnt listen to me or his teachers, been threatened to be kicked out of school (in 2nd grade)...tried physcologists, he has taken 4 different kinds of meds. and seen 2 different physcologists.........and anyone who thinks that they can controll an adhd child like mine with out phsycal punishment or without meds is just plum crazy.......

If husband's mom gave him a check, for large amount of money(the check was made out to husband, NOT husband and wife), and said "use it for whatever you want", is this money
considered "joint money", or "husband's money"?
BACKGROUND INFO.....The check was given to husband by his mom, sometime in 2002 or 2003. The husband and wife are getting a divorce now (2006).The wife was upset that her name was not on the check. The husband then deposited that check into our joint account.
At the same time, the wife's parents purchased furniture for house, not the type that husband wanted. Does wife get to keep furniture, or is it split 50/50, or has to be agreed to by husband and wife?

I do. There is this women named Sylvia Browne and she comes on the Montel Show every single Wednesday. Well i do believe what ever she says, but my parents think i am going crazy or somethng. Does anyone else belive what she says and has anyone else at least herd about her.

its been 53 days since my last period and i am having some signs of pregnancy. ive had sore breast/nipples for the past two weeks and yesterday it just felt like it was tingling inside. i started feeling very fatigue, i go to bed earlier than i usually do, i felt like my period was coming for the past two weeks and it hasnt come. i went to planned parenthood three days ago for the blood test but they only gave a urine test, the test was neg. They said if i wanted the blood test id have to pay $100 and i think that was too much. I have a doctor but the earliest app. i could get was in mid october. i read there are some women who took the urine test and it came out neg and when they took the blood test it came out positive. when i went in for a pap smear on sept 6 i wanted to do a blood test and they said you dont need a blood test the urine sample is good enough. what do you guys think? do you know any clinic that can give me a blood test without me waiting forever to get one?

The expansion tank to my well vibrates every few hours - probably when the pump goes on. This causes the pipes inside the house to vibrate also. I seem to have good water pressure. Any idea what is causing this?

Since april I've had a crush on one of my good guy friends and the crush lasted until the end of summer. We spoke on the phone and messaged each other online while I was abroad and while he was on vacation. But now that I don't feel attracted to him it seems as though I'm not just indifferent to him but sometimes feel sick when I have to sit across from him in class. We're still friends but its just weird. Is the nausea in my head?

hes a drunk, he hit someone with a hammer over the head, he has been to jail for most of my life, he stole from his own family.. but yet he still prays evrey day and night.. Why would you commit all of theese sins and then pray when your just going to do it again? And even though he commits sins but belives and prays will he still go to hell? I am so confused about the bible and stuff.. please state ur opinion.. thanks
