How do I get my next door neighbor to play his drums somewhere else?

There's very little space between my house and my neighbor's. His bedroom window faces my living room windows. This neighbor is very quiet EXCEPT when he practices his drums in his bedroom, and I'm not exaggerating. It penetrates my living room windows and I even hear it into my bedroom. Today I was in my bedroom and I heard the drums and went into my living room and oh boy, it is so loud. About four weeks ago, I asked him in person in a very nice way to figure something else out because I hear the drums clearly in my living room, but he's back to doing it. Any suggestions? I know he's in the privacy of HIS home, but sadly, these drums penetrate in to my home.

Please help me with clean install of Windows XP?

My system got corrupted and I had to re-install Windows XP. I made a back up, and formatted the entire disk.

I can get to the point where files are copied to the destination file, and it would re-boot.

However instead of launching a Windows GUI environment, performing the next operation and Setup Wizard coming on to Regional and Language operations, I go right back to Welcome to Setup.

I tried it many times and it seems to just loops in the same cycle over and over.

Can anyone help me?

can you get HIV by touching a wound?

I work at a nursing home and come in contact with few (not many, but there are once every while) people with HIV. When I do I come in contact with their blood (when they have bloody nose, or get cuts) and I am worried about becoming infected. I do wear gloves but I can't guarantee 100% that it doesn't smudge on my arm or hand. Is it possible to get HIV by touching someone's blood?

What do you think about this?

So, I had to take a drug test on thursday for employment. Well, I smoke pot pretty much daily...and I stopped when I found out I had to take the test. I was clean for a week and a half...ONLY drank water and cranberry juice all week, took b-12 vitamins, goldenseal root pills AND bought body flush to drink that day (the 32 oz. "extra strength" one...and it was fcking nasty. lol) and continued to drink water that day...and took the test.

What do you all think? Pass or fail?

I'm a little worried. But, I'll be finding out the results Monday - - and if I pass...I'm guaranteed the job...starting TUESDAY!

(which means I'll be screwing over my current job, since I'm a full timer. haha)
I know, I know...I shouldn't be smoking...but sh*t happens. So, if you don't like drugs, ignore this post. I'm looking for serious opinions here.

How come everyone wants to BLAME George Bush for "EVERYTHING"? For godsakes..it's not "ALL" his fault..

Moon appears upside down during cycle?

I was told that there is one day during the moon's cycle where the face of the moon appears upside down....The southern highlands are at the top of the moon...Is this true? and if it is...why? Or am I misunderstanding....

What should I do about my problem neighbors?

This is something of a story, please bear with me.
My downstairs neighbor frequently play his music excessively loud. And I mean excessively! It rattles the change off my coffee table. I've spoken to him repeatedly, and he always turns it down to merely loud. But then turns it back up within the hour. Yesterday, I had enough, and I called the cops. They were perhaps too effective, they arrested two of my other neighbors who were down their drinking with him. I know this because he came up to my apartment and told me so. He also said, in no uncertain terms, that he was going to slash my tires and his friends in jail were going to come after me. He didn't slash, and I'm not afraid of his friends, as I could easily take them (I weight as much as both of them together and have a black belt). But this is just intolerable, and I don't feel I should have to put up with it. Without getting anyone sent to serious jail, what can I do to make them be more reasonable neighbors?
