I have two grown cats then brought in a kitten (a stray) now one of my two other cats is hissy towards her and growls - just plain mean. It hasen't gotten any better since a month ago when we brought the kitten in! Now the grown cat is throwing up and pooping in bedrooms and acting strange- what should I do? should I get rid of the cat and the kitten- bring the cat to the vet? what? Oh yeah- I should mention that my 5 year old is completely in love with the kitten and the cat that we've had for a while- HELP!!

The Bible is called the inspired word of God, and rightly so. However, I think that most every story in the Bible is fictional or borrowed from somewhere else. I am a Christian. I believe in the Christ. I believe the Bible is absolutely necessary as a guide book, not because of the stories, but rather for the principles the stories are suppose to stand for. Is that misguided or spiritually immature?

This was done in my stepson's room. I could not find untreated 2x4's that were long enough so got treated. This is what the project was:

2x4's were cut and bolted to wall studs a perimeter around part of his bedroom wall. I then used some joist hangers and ended up with total of 5 rows of joists, so it sort of looked like a new floor above ground coming out from part of his wall. I then used untreated sheets of plywood covering the top and the bottom via screws. We sealed the platform edges with caulking and painted the platform. Then put his bed and shelving on it so it's now above ground and his computer desk is under it. I am just worried if fumes from the treated wood are going to get out of this or will they pretty much be sealed within the two sheets of untreated plywood and paint. Am I being overly paranoid? thanks!

I have trouble concentrating when I read and tend to fall asleep every time I pick up a book to study. Every Time! I do read some of it but I get distracted and start to daydream and fantisize about stuff and then dose off. This is really hurting my studies and grades. Can Anyone give me any advice as to concentrate more as I read? I think a lot about stupid stuff and especially sex. This is not a joke. I'm a guy who is a virgin. Could this be my problem? Honest and serious advice please.

ok..... so a few months ago (in ny) i saw the moon in the middle of the day... im confused cuz i think that the moon should have been on the other side of the world...... am i right??? everyone was making fun of me but nobody gave me an explanation.......so if we are seeing the moon in the middle of the day, then what are the people on the other side of the world.... like in china and australia seeing?? how does this work?

I am currently going to school. I will graduate in about a year about the same time my father will most likely die of lung cancer. My mother committed suicide when i was eight. I have had a divorce....No children. I feel good that i am going to finish school i just dont feel good about being alone in my life. I can make friends but nothing is what it use to be does anybody feel this way? Its kinda like im happy and depressed kinda like the lion king thing its a circle of life and you have to look at things positivly. I have dealt with this well yet I worry when my father passes because the rest of my family is gone exept my sister and she is getting married soon so shes going to be busy alot and i dont know what im trying to ask other then DOES anybody feel like i do ? I dont even feel like dating because well women in my life have been problems no offence to the ladies out there. How do you feel about life? What do you think you could do to make your life better?
