What exactly means when it is unreasonable behaviour like a cause of divorce?How hard or easy is to prove that it is particularly this sort of reason?How fair is CAFCASS judgement,when actually non of this service hasn`t turn up in a court and as I do know hasn`t spoken to divorced family`s children?Which is the age when the child actually can decide which parent he/she wants to live with?

My first grade daughter, who is a twin, is far behind her sibling. So are 9 other students that were in the same Kindergarten class and also made honor roll like my child, that I know of. I have already been told she will FAIL first grade if I don't send her to Sylvan or Reading Resource (another pay per trip resource center). The teacher is pushing me to send her to the doctor for medication. The principal says Sylvan is the answer. I work with my child every afternoon for hours, helping her learn skills she should have mastered in Kindergarten. Now, I'm being told by sources outside my school system that there is case law saying that schools can't tell you to go to any resource that costs the parent. If they do, the administrator from the other school district told me, the school would have to pay fees. Schools can only suggest you look at all available options and send child to their teacher afterschool. Does anyone know anything about this? I appreciate all help! Sara S -GA

I have an itea that I think would sell. I found a place called Davison Design, however, when I ask Yahoo about them, 48 people came on and advised not to go with them. Girl and guy talk everyday online, (not so much on the phone (mainly because its cheaper online lol) but text each other once in a while if they havent managed to come online in a few days.

Girl talks about most things which arent embarassing openly, likes to embarass the boy, teases and makes fun of him, but shows care when he is ill or sad, argues with the guy when he is an arrogant nob, joke around ALL the time, sometimes flirts just to have a laugh because its funny, keep secrets,

Guy teases the girl a lot, reluctant to compliment but gets embarassed when he does, tries to be sweet at times, jokes about a LOT, talks about loads of other fit girls (but is hardly ever successful with any of them), is VERY open.-a bit too open, even about embarassing things like stomach upsets!! Likes to flaunt his body and willing to show it to the girl (only upper body though!) keeps secrets for the girl, gives advice, is cheeky with the girl to annoy her, argues a lot but makes up in the end

I watch as the Pope is almost sorry for quoting a Text about Muslims and now all the Muslims are crazy mad. The text made sense to me and it was not the Popes words he was quoting. If
Muslims are that sensitive then maybe they should stop 9-11's from happening..What do you think?
