I'm trying to eat better, but it's hard when every recipe book I come across wants me to make these strange combinations of egg frittas and asparagus with hummus (whatever that is).

I'm looking for relatively healthy, tasty recipes that you can make with things that are likely to already be in your kitchen.

(Post your recipes even if they're not particularly healthy! I'm putting together a personal cookbook and want to try one new recipe a week!)

He is painfully PC and he uses race jokes he stole from guys 8 years ago and he screws them up! He doesn't even have the slightest grasp on race issues or history to make these type of jokes. I hate it when he tries to say something serious about race relations. He is a discrace. He said when blacks drink they are drunks..but when whites drink they are having a wine tasting party..What?? has there been prove of some creature living in the sewer. How many of you believe that the 'terrorist' attack was done by some newbie pilots that may or may not known all that was required to fly a large jet aircraft.

Those who do beiieve can you explain how someone who was just learning how to fly was able to be so precise given that planes as big as those involved would not likely 'stear' easily.

I understand that a pilot of any large aircraft has to have so many hours of experience in a single engine light aircraft before they are allowed to fly as a copilot in a large jet.

In fact i believe you need to get your private pilots lience before you can go to get a jet aircracft lience before you can get a multi engine jet aircraft lience.

Then there is the issue that the fires that were burning were releasing black smoke indicating that they where not hot fires (probably less than 1000 degrees fahrenhiet and steel melts at over 2000 degrees fahrenhiet)

The fuel flashed off on impact and did not contribute to the fire.

This is a little embarressing, but I have extreme external vaginal skin itching. I finally went to the doctor and got a complete well woman exam. No STDs or anything, whew. My doctor said it was just dry skin. Anyone else have this problem? I've tried several different skin creams with little to no help. My doctor gave me Diflucan which worked great but then it came back and I can't keep taking Diflucan forever. Any suggestions?
