Honey, he's not just illegal in the state of AR, he's illegal anywhere he goes without that green card. You are going to have to call Immigration on this one. Things aren't as easy as they use to be since 9/11. You cannot just marry someone from another country, bring them here and all of a sudden they are American. It doesn't work that way. He may have to apply for citizenship. I have no idea who married you under these circumstances, but you should have been asking these questions then, not after the fact.

If they got married in the US then its legal and I believe that he is a legal citizen of the US as well. I have a girlfriend who was from Austrailia and she married a guy from the US and is a legal citizen because of it. You have to be married for 2 years though. I don't think its any different if your from Mexico.
