If blood was taken from your hand and tested for its blood alchol content would it read the same as if it was taken and tested from your arm?????????????

Same blood. Yup.
You can take it from your a** for all I care. The reading will be the same.

No it would come out the same. But make sure that they did not use a alcohol swab or alcohol to disinfect the area or the test may come out higher, that alcohol will get on the needle and make for a higher reading so make sure they used iodine. But the answer is no it's the same outcome.
