I get frustrated to see parents bringing kids to BK or Mc D, it's almost killing your kids...fine cheat one day but some people do not know how to quit their habits. What do you think of overweight people. My other half and I want to get married and have no idea how to go about it. We are in our late twenties and have three lovely children and now feel the time is right to get ourselves legally recognised!
We want to just bugger off and do it in secret without any of our families there so that we dont have to worry about inviting so and so etc etc. Im great mates with my uncle in London and thought about going for the weekend and getting him and his wife to be witnesses but we dont know what we have to do or what paperwork we have to sort out first. Anyone help us? We arent of any religious faith, just a nice hour at the registry office would do :o)

is there some kind of laundry detergent or something i can spray on the bed (other than bitter apple, because it gets all over me as well) to keep my boyfriend's dog from chewing up his sheets and comforter? discipline (yelling, growling, smacking on the nose, etc) does not seem to be working. it'd be nice if we could get him to not destroy his own dog beds and blankets also, as of now he has nothing in his crate other than a nyla bone.

i'm completely perplexed. First of all i've taken up extremely boring subj. to study this year and i'm getting so much distracted or tempted by TV & internet then there's family, never ending relatives, chores etc. HOw can i concentrate on my studies? What would u do do in such a situation?

So I'm interested in psychology and am considering majoring in it for college. The problem is, I only want to go to school for a bachlor's degree, or maybe go 6 years, but then I'm worried I'll only be able to get a job teaching. What other jobs are available to a bachlor in psychology?
Also, I know there are many branches and I'm thinking about child psychology or developmental. Something with therapy maybe?
