I do have a "baby brother", who lives back home overseas, and is currently sick. When the women called with an urgency for my PS2 set I was selling on a local classifieds,(supposely for her brother), I went thru thin and thick ( you wouldn't even believe if I told you everything), to meet her needs. Day later she put stop on a check she gave me.I do believe in God and Law. The check has her name and address ( the bank that issued check is a local), and she answers her phone (but hangs up on my voice). My bank told me to go to police... but what would they do? I am not as much after her money ($80+ banking fee for returned check), but I would like to show her the feeling of being played. I live in GA, not sure could she go in jail if I file with a police. Any advices or what would you do? Should I let her pay for her part or live by :"What goes around, comes around" and learn from my mistake? The hands of God or hands of Law- (she had expansive car, so she needed no charity).
