For some, it provides a mental release. Letting go of all control causes sort of a reset in their minds, and it releases all sorts of nifty endorphins and whatnot. And some ladies just have random fetishes like that, and who can say why anyone has any particular fetish.

It's a mental thing. I don't think any one actually 'likes' it. I think it's usally because somethings happened in their past that has caused their minds to be unbalanced.
