If blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the rejection on God's gift of forgiveness, then that means you are not asking for forgiveness, so by definition asking for forgiveness means you are not guilty of unforgiveable sin. Yeah, this an interpretation, but it is an interpretation consistent with the nature of Jesus, the savior sent to save man through the gift of forgiveness.

Goes to show how many "not so bright" people we have in our community... apparently no one read the follow ups that I posted and therefore never got any further than the "best answer chosen". Pity. So many people living off of misinformation, but then that is the state of our times.

Is there anybody here who would even remotely consider changing their faith/religion/or beliefs because of what someone says in this forum? I'm speaking to everyone...Christians, Jews, Muslims, Atheist, Agnostics, Buddists, Mormons, etc.

Most people are of the opinion that each of us is a unique and precious snowflake. I don't. I think that's a symptom of our own self-obsession. There are too many people. Not all of us are here with a special plan and purpose. A lot of us are pretty revolting.
