We can not use salad dressings or salt products at the time and I need something that will add some good taste to the meats.

KC Masterpiece has a Wondefful Merinade that is called Steakhouse Merinade. It is very good.
I also like to take a little oil...mix in some brown sugar, garlic, pepper, and salt....(of course you could subsitute Mrs. Dash instead of salt) rub it over the meat and let sit for a couple hours before cooking.
Of course Mrs. Dash has all kinds of salt free seasonings too.
Good Luck.

Dr Pepper Marinade

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Dr. Pepper soda (not diet)
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1-1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp hot sauce
PREPARATION:
Whisk together Dr. Pepper, soy sauce, lime juice, vegetable oil, and hot sauce.

Place beef in a heavy-duty freezer zip-top bag.
Pour in marinade, squeeze out the air, seal tight, and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.

Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Boil marinade for at least 5 minutes.

Grill or roast meat to desired tenderness, using cooled marinade as a basting sauce.

Yield: 3 cups marinade

Use beer or even club soda. Put in some garlic, onions, pepper, Mrs. Dash or something without salt. Put meat in a baggie with liquid and put in fridge for 4hr or so. The beer or soda helps to tenderize it. I used the packaged dry Hidden Valley Italian dressing with it, but I'm sure it has salt.
