Please take some time and read the Bible. It's crazy! Definitely not for children, though. It's kind of an exercise in critical thinking (and violent, and sexual). I think the point you are supposed to get is that even though this Lord character professes to be really good, he is really bad. Neat lesson and examples, I recommend!

My employer has refused to pay me overtime stating that my hours were hand written on my timecard. Now heres the thing, on the days that I stayed over I stamped the timecard to show the time I left, on the days that I worked normal hours I just wrote the time in. I have turned my time card in like this since the day I started working here and never had a problem getting paid for the overtime worked until now. Can they do this to me or is there something that I can do?

About a week ago my boyfriend and I went to Petsmart and got 3 Siberian male hamsters. The guy who was handling them said they bite right off the bat, he wouldn't even pick them up with his bare hands, every time we even stick our hand in the cage the bite as hard as they can, often drawing blood. We scoop them up in a tissue box and place them on our hangs gently but they still bite us as hard as they can, and we don't smell like food, we always wash our hands right before handling them. I don't know what to do, should I keep them? Thanks for your input.

What is the taboo against eating carnivorous animals such as fox, bear, cat, wolf etc when its perfectly ok (unless you're a vegetarian) to eat chicken, sheep, cow, rabbit, etc.

I am hard core anti illegal-anti amnesty, always have been. I believe it's a current threat to our country and our future as well to allow them to stay. Is it "Mother Nature?" Isn't a selection a choice of an intelligence that has a will to choose? Even the terminology of evolution speaks of a higher power! Maybe you should call it ACCIDENTAL MUTATION THAT TURNED OUT BETTER WHICH IS EXTREMELY RARE BUT IT HAPPENED. Then again I guess that wouldn't work because accidents and mutations usually result in BAD consequences.

And this is a much better method because it will sidestep the overhead of the charitable organizations.

If you could just leave a P.O. Box or other address for Christians to send the check, that would really them fulfill God's will to feed and clothe you.

I am doing marketing research for a project at school, and would like some good information and links on the target market of customers for a local bookstore.
