I'd Say comcast because they now have power boost which kick starts your internet speed to download faster plus they have great feactures like McAfee Secuirty Software and really good e-mail they have 4mpb 6mpbs & 8mpbs connections packages there really awsome ! i should know i use it !

there are many very good ISP's, mainly it depends on "your" need from an ISP

well it depend on what you want and where you at, i think Verizon is good because they cheap and have good speed, and they have their services cover in most states.
