how do I set up a second account on career builder with same email address?

I'm not sure why you would want to. Career Builder allows for multiple resume's to be added to your profile and each one can be individually reviewed by a potential employer based on their search criteria.

I don't believe you are able to sign up for a second account anyways.

i don't believe you can and don't know why you would want to. Maybe you need to change something in the information you have on there now? If so...learn how to do that. Another thing you might want to do is get a new address...you can have a number of them on yahoo, and go from there...good luck
