I'm sure there are plenty of Jesus devotees here dying to help you out.

And this is a much better method because it will sidestep the overhead of the charitable organizations.

If you could just leave a P.O. Box or other address for Christians to send the check, that would really them fulfill God's will to feed and clothe you.

I a poor christian but this is not the way to reach poor people because many people who are not poor and just want money will read this and use the money for ungodly purposes. You can find poor people in the grocery stores trying to pay for groceries for their families and putting things back because they over spent. So go out and look with your own eyes and help make someones day by being a blessing to them. Make sandwiches and feed people who sleep on the street. There are so many things you can do without giving your money to questionable organizations. Peace!

If someone is poor or homeless, I doubt they check the mail often (or have a box for that matter) for fear of bills (which they simply toss in the trash).

Wassamatta with you - are you trying to put "Christ" in Christianity? That's hitting them below the money belt.
