The fact is that Google loves numbers:

Google is named after a Googol, which is a 1 followed by 100 zeros. They didn't use the original spelling because someone made a mistake, which was fortuitous since googol.com was taken, but google.com was available.

Google's buildings are numbered 0, 1, e, pi, and phi; all of which have mathematical significance.

Google's first IPO raised $2,718,281,828, which is the product of "e" and $1 billion, where "e" is the base of the natural logarithm.

For their second public offering Google will sell 14,159,265 shares, which is the first 8 digits after the decimal point in pi (3.14159265)

How did they decide which colors to pick for the logo? Just a random pick?

My husband works 12 hour shifts and I am at home all the time with our 17 month old son. I go to college online as well so I never have any time for my self. My husband after he gets off of work goes and hangs out with his work buddies a lot of the time. He sleeps when he is not at work basically so I take care of our son 24 hours a day the majority of the time. He doesn't understand that I need time to myself sometimes I guess. I don't know what the deal is. He says that he wants to go out with his friends and that we spend more time together than a lot out couples. His sister watched him one day in the past week and every time I say that I don't have any time hes like well she babysits him and that alot more than most couples have. He says that he feels like he has to sneak off to see his friends. I am a stay at home mom so I don't really have any friends other than his sister. I don't really feel the need to go out because I'm always at home. Why does he act this way?Whats going on

I mean, think about it. She didn't really become all that famous until after that sex tape was released. And you KNOW she was behind it, because she knew she'd become more famous. If I were her, I'd stop making music (because she has to know she can't sing worth a penny), stop making the stupid show (that I refuse to watch), and just be happy being an heiress. She'd still be filthy rich doing nothing!

Paul states that Christians have "died" with Christ, but he seems to make it clear that they have NOT yet been raised with Him. He tries to clarify this point to his congregations, who seemed to think they had already been raised.

However, in the book of Colossians (which scholars say was not actually written by Paul), it is said that Christians HAVE been raised with Christ.

How can these 2 be reconciled?

My new fashion accessory idea is to wear a swim ring over your normal clothes. It can serve many purposes such as: 1. Students who wear uniforms can express themselves and get signatures at the end of the year if they can't afford a yearbook., 2. Watching your waist line (these are cheaper than belts and look coller too)., 3. Keep spills from getting on pants while eating., 4. As a cover-up for women swimwear when deflated.

So I'm definitely old enough to have sex, I just wanted to wait for marriage... but .. I made one mistake.. and I did have sex, we did use a condom, and I am aware that they aren't 100 percent protective, that only abstinence is, but.. this happened in the beginning May. It's now August and for the last.. almost month I should say, I've gotten tired, and suddenly I crave chocolate which I hate, or pizza. And onec I'm near it, and smell it, I feel sick. I feel like I'm going to throw up whenever food is around, and barely can eat and keep anything down.. and the other day I was in a store and I walked out with my friend and I was like oh boy, she was wearing waaay too much musk, and my friend looked at my funny and said "um.. I didn't smell anything"... I'm afraid I'm pregnant.. does it sound overly possible? Cuz I've still had my period, but I heard you could have it up to so many months..

In our very small condo complex (9 units), we have one unit owner who cannot pay the common charges. A long story but the synopsis is that her husband left, she lost her job again. While married her husband went though all her savings leaving her with nothing but debts. Now he is even refusing to pay child support. We have been carring her off and on for about four years. We are having a meeting tonight to see how we are going to handle this situation. We know we can put a lien on if she sells, we doubt she has much equity, I think she has tapped out every resource. We could get a lawyer, but she has no money left. We could also evict her--but who wants that on their head. What would you do? Need some suggestions.

I have a little...well big problem. I'm lesbian and my parents are extreme(can't think of a better word, lol) Christians. They think that all gay people are going to hell and all that other stuff and whenever I'm around them and they see a gay person, they're always like, "Why would they wanna be like that?" I wanna tell them that gay people don't CHOOSE to be gay...they just are. but then they'll start to get suspicious and start asking me all these questions. I want to tell them that I'm lesbian but i don't know how they'll take it. I think they might already have an idea but i'm not sure. Should I tell them now or should i wait until I get out of high school?

Has anyone else been in this situation? What did you do?

P.S. I'm sorry if this question didn't make much sense...i'm not good at this kinda thing..-_-
