i asked this question in a different category, but thought ide try this one for more responses.....

when it comes to pms and my cycle....
its quite annoying, esp when your jeans dont fit normally and you look fat in everything lol i look like i gained at least 5 or 10 pounds...its scary LOL (well maybe not 10 pounds...but ALOT)

i take midol, but it doesnt always seem to help...all it really does is make me hyper, stops the cramps tho, but not always bloating.

Any advice? maybe something that works for you

my seedling is about a fingernail's length tall and has a v shape on the top. It is a light green. Any info I will appreciate. I'm looking at possibly majoring in history in college, but I would like to know more information about it. When you major in history, do you study the history of EVERYTHING (the entire world, civilizations, cultures, etc.)? Or are there smaller majors under a history heading (like an American history major, a european history major, etc.). I don't see how someone could be required to learn the entire history of everything, so hopefully I'm going in the right direction here? Are there specific concentrations you can choose to study (like American history?) I know there is an American Studies major out there too but in my case that may not be an option. Does anyone have any info?

I want to wipe my computer of everything. Programs, spyware, junk and other things. But i dont have any windows xp CD's or boot or partion CD's. Is there a way I could delete everything without deleting windows. Since reformating will delete windows.
