Well, sometimes I can be very dumb, that is whenever I do not question the lies that the US government constantly puts out. I wanted to ask you the same question, Rumman? Why are you putting out such dumb questions like this one when I know you are extremely intelligent and can ask questions with a lot more meaning than this one.
