How can I get up the courage to just be myself and not worry what others think . When I was in kindergarden my teacher didn't even know I could talk...I don't want to be shy anymore! help?

I am concerned about my health. I would not consider myslf an alcoholic, but I ususally start drinking Wenesday, and stop on Sunday. Whenever I drink, I drink about 12-15 beers per night, within a 5-6 hour period. Sometimes, on Saturdays I will start drinking about noon, and stop at about midnight, drinking about 20 beers total for the day. I have built up a big tolerance, I only weigh 138 pounds. I never get hangovers either, no matter how much I drink. This has been going for about 2 years now. But, lately I have been getting cramps, it feels like my kidneys because it's coming from both sides of my stomach. Sometimes while at work my hands start tembling, not alot, but people notice. I used to drink alot of liqour, but I havent lately. When I did, I could easily finish a BIG bottle of Captain Morgan's spiced rum. Btw, I'm oly 20.

I have spotting (bright red, looks like blood mixed with some fluid) one and a half weeks before my period (about 2 teaspoons each day for 3 days) and have had this regularly for 5 years. Also, around this time, I also leak a lot of urine, enough to coat a pantiliner. When I have sex around this time, I leak a lot of fluids including urine and it’s embarrassing. I am trying to do kegals but I tend to leak more afterwards. My bladder muscles seem weak but I don’t know how to check. Any suggestions? Sometimes when I sneeze really hard, a little bit of urine leaks out.

There’s more. During my periods, I get blood clots the size of quarters. It’s terrible as blood comes out in globs and it’s uncomfortable to sit on. Sometimes, globs of blood the size of 3 grapes comes out and I have to run to the bathroom to change my pad. I noticed that as I sit down for short periods, more of the blood will clot and when I stand up big globs will come out.

I have gone to the doctor to tell them about my spotting but they say it’s nothing, still I can’t help but wonder if they are just brushing me off. Please help, as this subject is too embarrassing to discuss in person. Also, there is no chance that I am pregnant.

He has stopped calling me back when he says he will.He ignores my text messages for a few hours before he decides he wants to reply.He was talking about how he has dated a model.I took it as an insult cause it made me feel like I wasn't good enough for him like her.He keeps hinting he wants to have sex with me,but I told him I am waiting til marriage because I promised My parents I would.He just doesn't treat me the same anymore.I dont know whats going on.
