I used to like Fall Out Boy, before the record companies processed thier sound to be a poppy radio MTV band. (listen to "evening out with your girl", and "take this to your grave". Those are what Fall Out Boy really sound like. Not this cork tree album $hit)
Panic is still good because they were totally different from anything on the scene, and still have thier original sound.
and All American Rejects were always too pop-y for me.
If you like those bands, you should try:
Hit The Lights, All Time Low, HelloGoodbye, Paramore, Cute is What We Aim For, and The Get Up Kids.
I loooove talking about music so if you have any more questions feel free to message me.
out of the three I'd have to pick P!ATD
====EDIT====
also try:
Cartel (for the FOB sound), Head Automatica (patd), and the Plain White T's (aar)

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

This isn't really mean but all of those bands lack originality and are musically challenged as far as talent goes!! Fall Out Boy would be the worst of them!!!
