my brother in law gave my cousin my nephews. they didnt sign a custody paper or anything and now he wants them back. is there anyway we can stop him. because he is abusive to those kids. we called children services and they said there is nothing they can do until they go back with him. please help. i am i the state of ohio b/c i dont know if all children laws are they same. thanks

I have a few health issues- new (last 6 months) and older. I went to PCP for hand rash and tender lump near ear. He diagnosed staph and gave Bactrim and nasal Bactroban. I've been on Bactrim for 11 days w/no improvement. I also have had several asthma attacks of increasing severity over the last week or so. I've never had attacks like this before (only allergy or exercise-induced). I also have an itchy scalp problem that the original doctor didn't see (no time) that could possibly also be staph. Of course, I am not convinced that any of this is staph.

These are the problems:
Tenderness near ear (lymph node?)
Patch of itchy scalp
Little patches of dry skin near eyes
Hand rash (dyshidrotic eczema?)
Back pain
Muscle tenderness in spots
Easy bruising
Insomnia / sleepiness

Things that could be related:
Migraines
Mild depression
Difficulty losing weight (dietician thinks metabolism prob.)

Where should I go next? A specialist? In what? Do I just wait?

Ok, so me and this woman have been meeting at various art receptions for the last month & 1/2 and corresponding via email. I got to the point where i was like "ok need to ask her out or i'll end up in friendship zone" so I ended my last email asking her out to coffee or a drink so we could talk more in person (as at the various receptions either I am working or she is depending on the local) She emailed me back the next day telling me she is nuts busy through next sat and that thursday there will be another reception she will be at and i should come and we can talk there, noting that the alcohol there will be free and plentiful......

Im not sure if i should take that as a "im busy but i'll be here and want to see you...." or No thanks i'll talk to you when is see you but dont want to go out.....

I unfortunately wont be able to make thursday (band practice) so i was also wondering if i should email her back saying that or just no show and turn the hard to get tables on her.

A close friend of mine has just secured himself a cushty job with a degree he bough online.
For a not too princely sum he now has a very authentic looking degree certificate complete with a mock "breakdown" of his individual scores he got throughout it.
I'm nearing completion of my degree in Mathematics, after years of bloody hard work and sacrifice.
Surely, when you apply for a job that requires a degree there is a way they check the degree to make sure it's authentic, via some kind of record checking or the kind?
If not, what the hell have I been doing for the last six years of my life since I left school?!
