I don't quite get what you're asking.
If she's yours, no matter what her name is, you're responsible for her.

Have you and your daughter taken a saliva test, If you have then she Is yours no matter what you ex puts down on the birth certificate and I think that once the child support agency puts down that you are the father, If you have taken the DNA then your daughter will use your name. The best thing to do Is call your local Child Support office and get information. ((GoOd LuCk)) and I hope everything works out for you.

so in plain English, you have a girl who says she's had your baby and the baby has her mother's last name?

If dna tests prove you to be the father, you will be required to help support and raise that child. Do the right thing and be involved. Kids need 2 good parents.
