Fridges are air tight. One of the main problems from the 80's was that refrigerators had a locking mechanism to keep it shut better. This actually trapped small children inside and killed them from asphyxiation.
Since polar bears have much more bodymass, they require (and use up) more oxygen faster than we do. This means in an airtight box, they would die faster.
If you threw both creatures naked into the arctic however, yes they would pwn a human.

You would need a huge fridge to be able to fit a polar bear inside and it wouldn't last very long because it would run out of air. If you put a person in a fridge it would die as well. The polar bear may last longer than a human, but it depends on how much air is in the fridge and how much they use up.

Apparently Polar Bears are the only animal to actively hunt humans for food - I thought what about a Tiger too?
So I wouldn't want to have a polar bear in my fridge. Have a penguin instead but as the guy says above, drill some holes in the fridge so it can breath.

I suspect that it would probably kill you before you could get it into the fridge.
If you managed to sneak up on it and catch it by surprise then the compression required to get it into a fridge would kill it pretty quick.
If one could say put it in a cold-store warehouse then it would comfortably survive longer than a naked human.

Obviously, polar bears can survive in -30 degrees C which would kill us in 10 minutes (without clothing).
